Meditation for Relaxation (at Cahill Creek)

Welcome. This is Mary Lelle and this is a meditation for relaxation to allow you to let go of the worries and cares of the day. This meditation is infused with healing energy. Making it a daily practice will allow you to change things in your life whether they are physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or energetic in any way. I will be quiet now to allow you to go into that state to simply relax and let go.

Hearing my voice, coming back into your body and setting the intention that every breath in and every out from this moment on brings balance, alignment, peace, contentment, clarity, health and relaxation to you.
